Hoa Lu is the Ancient Royal capital of Viet Nam under the Dinh dynasty and pre-Le dynasty which was lasted 41 years (968-1009). In comparison with Hoa Lu, Tam Coc is considered as Ha Long Bay on the land because of its beauty and charm.
